The Newport Twin/Futon Bunk is a most remarkable and versatile space saver. With a twin bed above and a full size futon below you have instant sleep-overs with a quick conversion of the bottom futon. Leave it up as a sofa for lounging, reading, playing and general creative day dreaming. This bed is made of solid hardwood and is available in Cherry, Natural, Dark Chocolate and Medium Oak finishes. This bed is made of Rubberwood which is a plantation grown hardwood made from a Rubber Tree. Rubber wood is a member of the maple family. This bed can be split in order to have a twin bed and a futon. The ladder can only be used on the right side as shown in the picture. The drawers are made out of the same high quality hardwood used by the Newport line of bunk beds. This storage unit add functionality to the already versatile bunk bed and contains two large storage unit sfinished to match the bunk bed exactly.
